Title: Ethical Hacking Workshop for Beginners
Abstract: Cyber Security awareness is one of the most important aspects that a business must handle in their day to day operations. Small to medium size businesses are especially at risk as they often do not have the proper funding, knowledge, or training to protect themselves from cyber security vulnerabilities. Any technical defense measure would be useless if the entire staff is not cyber-aware. Most of the users think that cyber security is the responsibility of the IT and security team. One of the main goals of this workshop is to emphasize why cybersecurity matters to everyone, whether you are working as a faculty, students, university staff or administrators. This workshop will discuss and demonstrate how technology becomes vulnerable to cybercrime and how hackers exploit technological systems.
